By using Northscale, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Northscale generates live website previews for service businesses and provides tools for outreach and lead management. Previews are provided as-is for evaluation. Launching a preview to a live domain requires a paid plan.

SMS & email communications

When you submit our sign-up form and check the consent box, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated calls, text messages (SMS), and emails from Northscale at the number and address you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

For email, you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email. Transactional messages (preview links, receipts, account notices) may still be sent.

Your content

You represent that any information you submit (business details, logo, website URL) is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us a limited license to use it to build and display your preview.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, spam, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Payment

Paid plans and one-time fees are billed as described on our site or invoice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, or search-engine rankings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northscale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
